Who is responsible
Anima is a service operated by NEO. NEO is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For any privacy matter, write to us from the contact section or at getneostudio@gmail.com.
What data we use
- Your contact details: name, studio or brand, email and phone/WhatsApp.
- Your orders: what you request, when and their status.
- Payment confirmations from the payment provider, once payments are enabled. We never store card data.
- The material you share for your series: scripts, sketches, designs, audio and references.
- Voice recordings and the consent and licence records of the people whose voices are used.
Your material
The scripts, designs, voices and files you send are used only for your project and are never published without your approval. Voices are used only with the consent of the actor or owner.
Why we use it
- To prepare, deliver and bill your order.
- To publish or connect things only with the permissions you grant, which you can revoke at any time.
- To keep you posted on your project.
We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your order, and only what each one needs:
- Payment providers, once payments are enabled.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and, if included, your series website.
- The production tools we use for images, animation, voices, music and text, including AI tools.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to stop us from using it, or to withdraw your consent. We answer within 20 business days. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
What stays in your browser
This site saves your order in your own browser to show it on the confirmation page. We don’t use advertising cookies.
